Need to get to Thule?

You have to get a quest from the governor ad hell want you to go to thule... He mentions to close the gat at all times! and then find the hollow tree... Somewhere north of Elfell or something like that. When u go 2 the tree... There is a door (after you go in the teleport,I think) Use the key to open it and then kill the snow dragon. After u kill him. Go to the deactivated teleport that doesnt work YET! Then close the door you just closed. Ad then the portal to Thule is at your fingertips...O and then after ur in the Thule. Mark your position to not go through the dilema again.

The town is deserted so expect the shops to be closed and Im the map, go through the abbey and thats where the people are...no shops there:(
